HIGH BLOOD

 When someone has high blood pressure and no control on a regular basis then it could cause death. High blood pressure (hypertension) which causes the heart to continue working extra hard, finally there is damage to tissue organs.
1st. The content of salt (Sodium / Sodium)
Someone who developed high blood diseases should control themselves in consuming foods that contain lots of salt (sodium / sodium), there are a few tips that can be done to control dietary sodium / sodium is: • Select the number of low sodium content when buying food 
 
• Limit consumption of meats and cheeses 
• Avoid salty snacks that have

Potassium Suplements 2-4 grams per day can help lower blood pressure. Potassium is generally stout on some fruits and vegetables. To prevent high blood pressure (hypertension), there are a few tips that can be done: 

 • Reduce consumption of salt in food. If you already suffer from high blood pressure should avoid foods that contain salt.  
 • Consumption of foods containing potassium, magnesium and calcium, because it can reduce high blood pressures. 
 • Avoid alcohol consumption.  
 • Exercise regularly. If you already suffer from high blood pressure, select a lightweight sports such as        walking, cycling, running relaxed, and swimming. Do it for 30 to 45 minutes a day 3 times a week.  
• Eat vegetables and fruits that are high in fiber such as leafy green vegetables, bananas, tomatoes, carrots, cantaloupe, and oranges.  
• Run anti-stress therapy to reduce stress and be able to control emotions.  
• Quitting smoking also plays a major role to reduce high blood pressure (hypertension).  
• Control your cholesterol level.  
• Control diabetes.  
• Avoid drugs that can increase blood pressure, and always consult a doctor.
